Plus Allied Health Group Open as Essential Service!
To our valued Patients and Referrers,
In line with the NSW Department of Health’s new restrictions and stay at home orders, Plus Allied Health Group is fortunate to still be able to continue operating as an essential service. We are committed to providing an ongoing high-quality service to assist our patients during this difficult time.
This means that all physiotherapy services will remain unaffected. We are still providing face-to-face consultations and treatments in our Penrith Clinic. The only change that is required is for you to attend the clinic wearing a face mask, from the time you enter to the time you leave.
We also have telehealth consultations available for those who are unable to attend the clinic or would prefer this. Our Allied Health Team is experts in their field, university-trained, and work within strict regulations to ensure you receive the best support possible in the safest manner for you and your family.
We want you to know that the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff remain the utmost priority and we will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow the health and safety guidelines from the NSW Department of Health. We have implemented additional hygiene measures and are taking all necessary precautions to protect your safety and that of our team and the broader community.
Unfortunately, our partner at St Marys Ripples Hydrotherapy will be closed until midnight 9 July 2021, and therefore we are unable to offer any hydrotherapy (pool-based) services during this time. Instead, we can offer a range of other treatment services with our Practitioners in the interim.
As this situation evolves, we will continue to update you with any changes within our business. We thank you for your support, patience and understanding during this time and look forward to continuing to provide essential services to you.
